By booking a service with The Box Digital Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These policies serve as a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and The Box Digital Media (the Creator). Please review carefully to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.

Payments & Booking

• All payments are non-refundable. Payment confirms your booking and secures your spot in our schedule.

• No project work will begin until full payment is received.

• Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Project Details & Submission of Materials

• Clients must provide all required project details, footage, brand assets, and/or instructions by the booking date.

• Delayed submissions may extend the project timeline or incur additional fees.

• The Box Digital Media is not responsible for poor results due to low-quality footage or incomplete instructions provided by the client.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround for reel edits is 5 business days from the date all required materials and payment are received.

• Event coverage, behind-the-scenes sessions, or capture sessions may have custom delivery timelines (outlined in your booking confirmation).

• Delivery timelines may adjust depending on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and revision requests.

Revisions

• Each project includes 1–2 complimentary revisions (specific per service).

• Additional revisions are billed at $25 per adjustment.

• Major changes to the original concept after the first draft may be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

Rush Orders

• Rush delivery is available based on availability. A $150 rush fee applies in addition to the service cost.

Client Communication & Feedback

• Clients must provide feedback on drafts within 48 hours of delivery.

• If no response is received within this timeframe, the project may be placed on hold.

• Projects paused for more than 3 days without client response will be closed. A rebooking fee will apply to resume work.

Final Delivery & Ownership

• All outstanding balances (re-edit fees) must be paid before final files are delivered.

• The Box Digital Media retains the right to use drafts and final content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Abandoned Projects

• If payment is made but no required information/materials are submitted within 10 days, the project will be considered abandoned and canceled. No refunds will be issued.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is expected at all times.

• If a client is repeatedly rude, disrespectful, or uncooperative after being addressed once, The Box Digital Media reserves the right to terminate the project. Work completed up to that point will be delivered, and no refund will be provided.

• If after multiple attempts and revisions, the client remains unsatisfied due to indecisiveness, The Box Digital Media reserves the right to end the project and advise the client to seek another provider.

Travel & On-Site Sessions

• For services that require on-site filming, travel within Memphis and surrounding areas is included in the price.

• Long-distance sessions/events may incur additional travel fees (to be discussed prior to booking).

• Outdoor summer sessions include a $100 surcharge due to additional equipment and conditions.
